Returns
Return of Seed Selections, Grow Kits and Growing Accessories
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of Seed Selections, Grow Kits or growing Accessories. These are perishable goods and not resaleable. Your purchase is final.
Sale Items
We do not offer a refund, exchange or store credit on sale items. Please advise if faulty.
Faulty Items
Grow Kits, Seed Selections and Growing Accessories
Our seeds and growing media have been guaranteed by our supplier to support a very high germination rate. If you are not happy with your germination rate, and are confident that you have followed the best practices described in our Growing Guide, please get in touch with us to discuss.
Other Items
If your item is faulty upon delivery, please make contact with us immediately at info@gibsonandgreen.co.nz. We’d like to make it right as quickly as possible for you. Please describe the fault and include descriptive photos for our assessment of the fault. We may need to assess the item in person; if that is the case we will arrange for the item to be returned at our cost by emailing you a courier label.
Gibson and Green will notify you via email that your return has been processed. All items will be inspected upon return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may not be able to process a refund, and will have to send it back to you at your cost. Please allow up to 5 working days for a return to be processed from the time that your return is received.
Our procedure to deal with faulty items is first to sort the fault, next to replace the item, or lastly to provide a refund (if no replacement item is available).
